Our Health & Safety Policy

With a diverse team working in our office or installing devices in customers’ homes, we recognise the value and importance of health and safety in our workplaces. 

O’Reilly Construction believes that safety, well-being and enjoyment in our workplaces are achieved by putting in place policies and practices that provide sensible and proportionate protections for our team members. 

Ultimately, every team member has a role to play in contributing towards the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of their workplace, and it is our responsibility to enable individuals to do so.

All employees have a high level of competency and experience in the construction industry. 
All operatives are trained to achieve appropriate certification in CPCS or CSCS qualifications.
All operatives are qualified in manual handling.
All site team foremen are qualified to Site Supervisor level and first aid trained.  
All plant operators are trained to CPCS level.  
All managers are qualified to SMSTS level.

The company Director also regularly visits the site to ensure good planning, review progress and complete a comprehensive written audit focusing on quality and safety.
